Jim Ganley - President
Jim
Ganley is President and a founding partner of Performance
Learning Solutions, Inc. (PLS). Jim believes that "at
PLS, our successes will only be achieved when we contribute
to the success of our clients". This belief is the
foundation that PLS is based upon.
In
his leadership role at PLS, Steven is responsible for
overseeing the design, implementation, and assessment
of PLS consulting solutions. Steven also represents PLS
in their relationships with educational institutions and
consulting partnerships.

"Buzz" Nelson strives to effectively assist

of an ever-changing computer technology industry. As his
nickname implies, "Buzz" brings added energy

Director of Command Spanish® Programs
Jan
Satterlee provides customized Spanish training for many
occupational fields using the Command Spanish® methodology.
Jan has over 15 years of experience in developing the
Spanish language capabilities of both academic and corporate
clients. Her energetic training style makes learning Spanish
exciting.
Stephanie
Greanias specializes in analyzing employers needs in order
to develop strategies to meet their goals and objectives
through employee development. Stephanie has nearly twenty
years experience helping companies solve business problems
and meet their organizational objectives.
John
Szczerba provides years of experience as a Network Manager
and Instructor to PLS clients. John specializes in the
design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting
of computer networks and networking components along with
training in these areas.
