Randy Throop - Vice President

Randy Throop, Vice President of Language Training Programs at PLS, is charged with helping clients take advantage of the many opportunities stemming from changing workforce and marketplace demographics in the United States. With years of experience in crossing both language and cultural barriers, Randy successfully helps PLS clients expand their resources and uncover new markets. Based out of PLS’s Indianapolis, Indiana office, Randy is responsible for the national implementation of PLS’s occupational language program.
